Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your CAI pieces but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed.

In their original condition.

With all original tags attached.

Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or any other marks.

Returned in the original packaging where possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or colour, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we'll offer a refund once your return has been approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photos of the item.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or we have made an error, we'll cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item(s).

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as CAI cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
