Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During product launches, restocks, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your NZ Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
International Orders
Australian customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
CAI is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been collected by NZ Post, delivery is managed by the courier.
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at caicollective@gmail.com and we'll happily assist you in lodging an enquiry with NZ Post.
